Do my customers need to download anything?

No. They scan your card with their normal phone camera, or tap the link you send them, and land straight on your review page. No app, no account, no login.

Which review platforms does it support?

Google Business Profile, Facebook, Trustpilot and Yelp. Add as many as you use, set a default, and swipe between them if a customer prefers a different site.

Where do I find my Google review link?

In your Google Business Profile, or use our free Google review link generator to build one in a few seconds. Then paste it into the app once.

Does it work without signal?

Yes. Once your card is set up, the QR code works fully offline. Your customer's phone does the rest.

How much does it cost?

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, with every feature included. After that it's $9.99 a month or $69.99 a year (prices in USD; your local price is shown in the App Store). Cancel anytime in Settings › Subscriptions.

Is there an Android version?

Not yet. Plaudit: Review Card is for iPhone and needs iOS 17 or later. Your customers can be on any phone, though: scanning a QR code works on Android and iPhone alike.

Is it allowed by Google?

Yes. Plaudit simply sends customers to your own review page. It doesn't filter, gate or write reviews, and it doesn't offer incentives. That's exactly the kind of asking Google encourages.
